Nigel and Todd were the guys who recently moved us from our apartment in Cremorne to our house in Hornsby and they did a great job. They put in a solid 8 hours of work scaling 3 flights of stairs more times than I care to recount. At all times they were polite and friendly and never gave me any cause for concern. They were true professionals and all items arrived in our new place without any damage or marks on them. I will definitely recommend them to anyone else that I know who is considering moving.

As a matter of fact, I had it in my diary to do so today anyway Over the past few years, my husband and I have moved a couple of times and moved a business once. We found each of these occasions stressful and difficult. Twice we used the same company ****** **** ******** The last time vowing never to return to that company again. We also lodged formal complaints with the company due to the extreme unprofessionalism of the contractors, blatant disrespect of our belongings including their need to voice their distaste of vintage furniture, their causing irreparable damage due to their brutish approach, and lazy sluggish behaviour. Overall as you can imagine we were really disappointed and will share the negative experience with our friends and family. In contrast, from the moment I called to the final farewell your company has provided the utmost of professionalism, kindness and evident desire to offer us a good experience. The lads who moved our belongings were very polite and eager to please. They asked many questions, were vibrant and happy the entire time. Best of all they worked extremely hard the whole job. We were very pleased with your organisation and will most definitely use you again and recommend you to our friends and family. .

Hi Mel, Thanks for the opportunity to provide feedback on our recent move. On calling you on a Saturday morning to ask if there was any chance of removal in 9 days time, for large 5 bed roomed family home stuffed to the gunals.............. Not only did Tod turn up that same day, and provide a quote by Monday, but then when I brought forward the moving day by 3 days it wasn’t a problem. Nor was packing the china and books-a 2 day job that I had imagined I would do myself at some imaginary pint in time. The guys were cheerful and incredibly helpful and went the extra mile at every stage. In all, an excellent service under difficult conditions, thank you. Best Regards,
