All About Rentals was conceived in 2009 as a joint venture between Beds4Hire and Cool Or Cozy Rentals. Although our company is only a few years old we have 10 years plus of quality experience in the retail/rental industry. We put this to our advantage to provide our customers with professional and exceptional customer service.

We hire out everything from fridges and washers to Full Household Packages for corporate and private relocations.

We are confident that whatever your needs we will be able to supply them from our comprehensive range of quality furniture/whitegoods/accessories. But our key aim is to always uphold the oustanding service that creates a lasting partnership.

We had guests stay over the easter and needed a queen bed, well they where great,on time when delivered and picked up and they even rang before they came and picked up the bed.The bed was a pillow top and my guests wanted to take it with them it was so comfortable.

How much cheaper is long term furniture rental compared to shipping? Furniture rental can save as much as 60% for a family relocating from the USA/UK for a twelve month period compared to the cost of shipping furniture. How much will we save by renting short term furniture until our own furniture arrives? For a family of four the cost of renting furniture would be six times cheaper than the cost of staying in a mid priced hotel for one month. What do I do when I want the furniture collected? Simply telephone or email us to request collection and we will arrange a date and time. We ask for 7/10 working days notice but can usually improve on this. Our supervisor will pack up the accessories and ensure your furniture is removed quickly and efficiently. The collection process will take around two to three hours depending on the size of property so please allow for this if you are having your own furniture delivered on the same day. Can I add extra items during the rental period? Yes. We can arrange to collect or deliver individual items during the rental period for an additional charge. Do you arrange the furniture on delivery? Our installation supervisor will ensure that your furniture is correctly installed, the kitchenware unpacked (and the beds made up if you have rented linens). All packaging from the furniture and accessories will be removed from the property by the delivery team. Do I have to be present at the installation? No. If it is difficult for you to arrange to meet us at the property, we are happy to collect keys from your lettings agent or appointed representative and return them afterwards. Do you deliver everywhere in WA? Yes, we offer a statewide service, although the delivery charges will depend on the destination. How do I request a quotation? Simply click on Application Form above and list what you would like to rent (or tell us the size of your property and we will do it for you). We will send you a free quotation within one working day showing the monthly rental cost, delivery and collection charge and deposit. What can I rent? We specialise in providing full household packages of furniture and accessories, but you can choose any combination of items from our inventories. What happens if I dont pay my account on time? Nothing if you let us know and discuss a financial arrangement with us. If not you will receive reminder letters/phone calls incurring costs outlined in the terms and conditions you signed on delivery. If we still cant make contact a visit will occur for additional costs. Does it cost less to hire long term? Yes, our rates are significantly cheaper for long term hire. Plus you can receive new goods. Will I get an invoice each month? We provide an invoice for the first month on delivery, if you require one every month let us know. We prefer to email them to customers. Can and I come and view the goods for rent? No sorry we do not allow the public into our warehouse for safety reasons, we can MMS photos of the goods if you require. Can I apply online? Just click the application form above, fill it out and will get back to you THAT DAY. Can I purchase the goods? We will be happy to provide a quote for purchase. Please contact us. What if any item is faulty? Simply report the fault to us and a repair or replacement will be arranged as soon as possible. What if anything gets damaged? The goods are not insured against accidental or malicious damage, the costs for which will be charged. Are the furniture and accessories insured? All our furniture and accessories are insured against loss by fire and flood or by theft when there has been forced entry or exit to locked premises. The cost of this insurance is incorporated in the monthly rental charge. Can I extend my contract? Unless we hear from you the rental will continue on a month-to-month basis until you are ready for us to collect. What if I need to terminate my contract early? If collection of the rental goods is required prior to the expiry of the minimum rental period shown on the Agreement, then all outstanding rental payments until the end of the contractual period will become payable immediately. When can you deliver? Once you have agreed the quote and arranged payment, we will arrange delivery on a date and time to suit you. We deliver and collect weekdays between 8am and 5pm. If you need the goods outside these hours, or on the weekend we charge a little more. What are the payment terms? We require payment before or on delivery, we accept Cash, Cheque or bank transfer. We only require the first month up front + delivery and collection costs (unless you are on a 6-12 month contract where you do not pay delivery/collection or admin costs) How much notice do you need before delivery? We ask for 2-3 days notice but can usually fit you in next delivery day. What is the minimum time I can rent for? There is no minimum rental period although a minimum charge of one month's rent applies. Can I get new goods? All goods on a 12 month contract are brand new.
